Chef Brandon Paige has spent most of his 15-year career in the San Francisco Bay Area working at
restaurants such as Aqua, Village Pub and Jianna. After years of being homesick, Brandon returned to
Chicago and joined the team of MK Restaurant. Most recently, Brandon served as Executive Chef and
General Manager of Banklane Bistro in Lake Forest, IL. Brandon is excited to be back in the Bay Area and
part of the growing Bon Vivant team.
